Student Application Process

The application fee is $25. When the process is complete, new parents will be notified via email about an interview and short assessment that will be held at the school.All fees must be paid at the time of acceptance in order to put a child's name on the roster for the next school year. The principal will be available for interviews with parents and students.Documents Needed to Apply:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Social Security Card
- Report cards for all grades beginning with Kindergarten
- All previous standardized test scores, if applicable
- Baptism Certificate, if Catholic. If not supplied at the time of application, tuition will be based on the non-Catholic rate.
- First Reconciliation / First Communion Certificate

Order of Acceptance:
- Siblings of current students
- Children of territorial parishioners who are deemed active by the pastor;
children of alumni or legacy families as determined by the pastor - Children of territorial parishioners of a parish without a school or no room in their territorial parish school who are deemed active by their pastor
- Children of non-territorial parishioners of a parish without a school or no room in their parish school who are deemed active by their parish
- Children of active parishioners who live outside the territorial parish and in a parish with a school that has room
- All others including inactive parishioners, non-Catholics, etc.

Tuition & Fees

All fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable as well as non-transferrable. A place will not be held for a student unless these fees are paid in full.
Tuition may be paid in full to the school office by check or credit card. If needed, financing may be secured through Gulf Coast Bank & Trust.

To be considered an active, registered, supporting member of the parish, a family must contribute $500 for one child or $800 for more than one child per family to St. Cletus Church by December 31, 2024. You must make this contribution in the 2024 calendar year to be considered supporting and not have additional fees. Family members should also participate in the life of the parish and support parish activities.$150Each additional child in family$75Technology fee per student*An approval form for in-parish tuition from St. Cletus Church MUST accompany your registration form. Forms can be obtained from the parish office between 9:00am and 4:00pm. A Catholic family residing in a parish without a school or in a parish with a school that has no openings at that time of registration may apply to their pastor for a voucher for the parish support fee. The actual cost of our current program is $7,821 per student. That is $1,331 more than the cost of tuition if you have one child. It is an average of $44.19 a day to educate your child in a safe, faith filled, loving environment.
Your continued support of our fundraising efforts as well as the school’s participation in several different state and federal programs has helped keep tuition costs down.
